Coming to the office
The address, directions, and details about parking and building access are on our contact page. If you use a wheelchair or a walker, or need help getting into the building, call the office before your visit. The team can tell you what to expect.
What a visit is like
When you arrive, you’ll check in, and someone will take you to a treatment room when it’s time. Before anything happens, we’ll ask what brings you in and whether anything has changed with your health or your medicines.
During your visit, we explain each step before we take it. If you need a break, raise your hand, and we’ll stop. At the end, we go over what we found and what comes next, and you can take your time with questions.
Why we show you what we see
Most dental problems are hard to see on your own. A small cavity between two teeth, a crack, or bone loss around a root won’t show up in a mirror. That’s why we use images, like X-rays, to explain what we find.
We’ll show you the image and point to what we mean: a shadow between two teeth, worn enamel, or an old filling that’s breaking down. Seeing it makes it easier to understand why we recommend something, and to decide what you want to do. Our Learn pages go further, with drawings that show how teeth work.
Keeping things clean
Instruments are cleaned and sterilized between patients, and single-use items are used once and thrown away. Treatment rooms are cleaned between visits. If you’d like to know more about how we do it, ask.

A treatment room
