These terms apply when you use dentist-academy.com, the website of Dental Academy, L.L.C. By using the site, you agree to them.

The information here is general
Information on this site is general and not a substitute for an exam. It’s written to help you understand dental care, not to diagnose or treat any condition. Only an exam by a licensed dentist can tell what’s right for your own teeth.
Reading the site, or sending a request through it, doesn’t make you a patient of the practice. That begins at your first visit.
In an emergency
Don’t use the request form for an emergency. Call the office. If you have swelling that spreads toward your eye or neck, trouble breathing or swallowing, or a high fever, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911. Our emergency care page explains what to do.
Visit requests
Sending the request form doesn’t book an appointment. The office will call you to confirm a time, and a visit is booked only once you’ve agreed on one.
Keeping the site accurate
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but details like hours, insurance plans, and services can change. Please call the office to confirm anything important before your visit. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time.
Links to other websites
Links to other sites, like Google Maps, are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our text and drawings
The text, drawings, logo, and design of this site belong to Dental Academy, L.L.C. You’re welcome to read, print, or share pages for your own personal use. Please don’t copy them for any other purpose without written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site. Don’t send false or automated requests, try to get into parts of the site that aren’t public, or do anything that interferes with how it works.
Limits of our responsibility
The site is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Dental Academy, L.L.C. isn’t responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its general information. This doesn’t limit any responsibility the practice has for the care you receive at the office.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
